How to not let the PANDEMIC GET TO YOUR HEAD!

1. Have a gratitude list ready every single day in the morning.

Write down 10 things from previous day that you are grateful for.

Or whenever you feel low in a situation, write down 10 things that you are grateful for n the current situation.

Pen, Paper, Coffee, Diary
Have a gratitude list ready every single day in the morning.

2. Avoid using COVID19 as a topic for small talk 📱

All of us often use negative situations to strike some small talk.

For eg:

“Politicians are doing xyz negative things so yes we are doomed!“

“The farmer’s protest is happening and there is so much of traffic jam.”

etc.

So you start discussing any of this unknowingly!

During these #pandemic days what we are doing is that “oh the situation is very bad…COVID19 has happened…nobody had seen it coming …”.

I understand that all of us are tensed. I too sometimes do it.

However still stay aware that you needn’t do it because the more negative things you talk about, the more negativity you attract.

3. Avoid #overindulging 🤤

Whenever in life you are anxious or you are stressed- what you do is- you start #overeating , you start eating junk food, you start doing impulsive (online) shopping or you start watching a lot of TV shows etc.

Avoid doing any of this.

Why?…

…because you are self-sufficient ie you are complete in yourself and you are good to go no matter what.

So don’t worry.

overindulge, hogging, overweight, self-sufficient
Avoid overindulging 🤤

Hope this helps. Stay #strong!
